DO NOT MASSAGE YOUR BABY IF:

Asleep, tried, hungry or fretful.

Unwell or has a raised temperature.

Has undergone recent surgery.

Has an infectious skin condition, bruising, fractures or open wounds.

It is recommended that massage should be avoided 24 hours after a vaccination - longer if your baby has a temperature.

Ideally at least an hour after feeding.

On the morning have ready;

Changing Mat

Towel

Change of nappy

Dummy if you use one.

Wear clothing that is easy to remove - so please not lots of layers and of course a drink for yourself.

At the end of each session you will receive by email a copy of the routine that we have done that day.

On the last session I will email over a Certificate.
