It has become necessary to implement charges for late cancellations as I am restricted with appointment times due to baby massage courses. Appointments cancelled late cannot be filled and therefore charges are as follows;
A cancellation 48 hours before appointment will incur 50% of the cost of the treatment
A cancellation 24 hours before appointment will incur 100% of the cost of the treatment
Vouchers purchased are non refundable
