Reflexology in pregnancy has many benefits and is an excellent way to help you on your journey. Can help with morning sickness, lack of sleep and anxiety. Book four treatments and receive a postnatal reflexology free. This is particularly beneficial if you need support with your son/daughter latching on if you wish to breastfeed. A light meal is recommended before your treatment. Please wear loose trouser bottoms.
