Aromatherapy Inhalers are available in purple or white. Please state colour required when ordering.

Each aromatherapy inhaler is made with pure essential oils. Inhalers are made to order to ensure full benefits. These inhalers can be used as and when required.  Inhalers can last from 2 to 3 months depending on usage and oils blended.  At least three essential oils will be used and blended according to requirements.  

 

These aromasticks are ideal with people going through challenging times whether it is a treament for cancer patients or carers.  These aromasticks can help bring calmness and comfort.

Students who are anxious in exam situations can also find benefits from these products.

 

Directions:  While holding one nostril shut, inhale deeply into each nostril for one or more minutes. Take time to breathe in slowly and exhale slowly.  When not in use remember to replace cap to ensure oils do not dry out.

 

The Olfactory System (sense of smell)

The olfactory system includes all physical organs or cells relating to the sense of smell.  When you inhale through the nose, airborne molecules inhaled through the nose or mouth are also carried to the lungs and interact with them.  Inhaled essential oils can affect the body through several systems.

When you inhale essential oils, odour molecules travel through the nose and affect the brain through a variety of receptor sites, one of which is the limbic system, which is commonly referred to as the "emotional brain".  The limbic system is directly connected to those parts of the brain that control heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress and anxiety levels and hormones. This relationship helps explain why smells often trigger emotions and physical reactions.  Inhalation of  pure natural essential oils can have some very profound physiological and psychological effects.
